1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using vitvero.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site.

2. Pre-launch status

Vitvero products are not yet available for sale. Product descriptions, formulations, pricing, and availability shown on the Site are preliminary and may change before launch. Joining the waitlist does not create an order, reservation, or contract of sale.

3. Not medical advice

Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the Site by, anyone else. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to transmit malicious code or unsolicited communications.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including the Vitvero name, wordmark, logos, text, graphics, and design — are owned by BRANDIXO LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Purchases (when available)

When our store launches, additional terms will govern orders, payment, shipping, and returns, and will be presented at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRANDIXO LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRANDIXO LLC from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
